Aromatherapy Massage - Suitable oils are selected, mixed, blended and used in a full body massage (1 hour)

    
    Massage     Swedish Massage - A heavier massage, relieves tension & improves circulation.  Also rids the body of excess toxins & fluids (1 hour)    
    Reiki     Back & Neck Massage - This treatment is good for relieving strain and stress in the back and neck area (30 minutes)    
    HOPI Ear Candles     Indian Head Massage - Massaging the upper back, shoulders, face & scalp.  Releases toxins to relieve stress.  Boost circulation (40 minutes)    
               
    Holiday Packages     Reiki Healing - A gentle form of natural healing which is safe, holistic & treats the whole body (40 minutes)

    Treatment Room     Comprises of exfoliation of the body.  The colour will develop over 4 hours revealing a beautiful natural looking tan (1 hour 15 minutes)

          dermalogica Body Exfoliation - A full body wash followed by exfoliation.  Finished with full body moisturising with dermalogica products
